What do you love most about your job?

Knowing that the work that we do makes a real difference to people’s lives, whether it’s through support, solving problems or providing valuable knowledge, alongside my amazing colleagues. Collaboration and shared success are very meaningful in this role.

How did you get to where you are today?

By saying yes to new opportunities and learning from both successes and setbacks within life, every experience has grown my confidence, resilience, and expertise and shaped who I am as a professional.

What are your tips for success?

Progress is not linear, be willing to learn, ask questions and take every opportunity as a learning opportunity.

What does this year’s theme, ‘Give to Gain’, mean to you?

It means sharing knowledge, time, and encouragement. When we lift others up, we create stronger teams, better workplaces, and more opportunities for everyone. The gain isn’t just personal growth, but a collective one.
